Mixing

Veembedrijf Almelo has a stainless steel conical Nauta-mixer, equipped with a sanitary screw. This mixing installation has high capacity, allowing us to meet your blending requests.
Some of the characteristics of our installation:

• The semi-open screw of the mixer prevents caking of ingredients during the blending-process.
• An integrated breaker crumbles any lumped ingredients, especially an important feature for precious and/or delicate extracts like vanilla or garlic flavor.
• A strainer prevents contamination by packaging residues of the product and ensures that the final product only consist of well mixed and fine powder.
• A magnet is installed in the production line to filter out any iron contamination which might have been present in the raw materials. So that you can rest assured that your product is clean.
